A few months back I was really into food posts. One of my most popular ones was by far the Poutine Poppers. The concept is simple: deep fired potato balls stuffed with cheese curds with a gravy dip.
The comment we heard the most other than “where can I buy this” was why don’t they also put the gravy inside the popper. The reason was that the gravy would dry out while the poppers were frying. Well it seems as though St-Hubert figured out a way around that problem because they’ve launched their own version called Poutine Balls.

It’s everything you want from a poutine stuffed into one single bit and the best part is you don’t have to cook shit! Just pop ’em in the oven.
Now I personally tend to be suspicious of any food St-Hubert sell in stores that they don’t actually sell in their restaurants but in this case I’m willing to make an exception.
